I developed the passion of cooking at an early age, from planting the foods we were going to cook to picking them and getting them prepared I enjoyed every minute of it.  My Great-Grandmother set the foundation I needed to become the passionate chef that I am today.  I learned to take my time, and put a little tender, love and care into every dish I prepared.  I cook to bring joy and see the delight on my client’s faces when they taste the finished product.
